Tonight, "The 100 Greatest TV Ads" was hosted by Miquita Oliver and Nick Grimshaw, not Graham Norton. It appeared to be exactly the same show as the 2000 version in terms of clips and talking head celebs, except the continuity links had been replaced. Maquita did mention it was an "update", so maybe some clips were replaced with newer ads. I can't say for sure as I only caught the last bit of the 3-hour show.
